The following schools have "STEM/STEAM Days" and invite educators and the community to tour their classrooms to see STEM/STEAM in action. Information for signing up to attend will be posted for the schools when available. These are schools at a variety of stages in the STEM/STEAM implementation process.  Visitors reflected that seeing schools early in the process and those who have been on the journey for a long time was helpful.  Schools in Cobb have 3 options to earn STEM/STEAM Certification.  Visit our STEM Certification page for more information.

International LEGO Day:  Mountain View Style!
Come join the students at Mountain View Elementary School as they compete in grade levels themes all designed in LEGO. Our entire gym will be a LEGO display filled with the following themes: K (Alphabet Kingdom), First (Landforms of North America), Second (Winter Wonderland), Third (Animal Adaptations and Habitats), Fourth (Westward Expansion), and Fifth (Modes of Transportation during D-Day)
