Interested in Presenting?

  • Proposals are due no later than April 18, 2026.
  • Your presentation/slide deck must be submitted no later than May 1, 2026.
  • Cobb Staff Only: If you are a certified employee and are off-contract during June 4-5, you are eligible for a $150 stipend for presenting.

Exhibit Hall & Sponsorships

We would love to have your company/organization represented at our 2026 summer STEM Conference. Our goal is to showcase exciting and relevant STEM resources and tools that will benefit teachers and students, while inspiring rich learning experiences in the metro Atlanta area. 

Registration Fee
  • $150 (will be refunded if not approved)

Exhibit Hall Schedule:
Wednesday, June 3: Setup (Anytime between 11:00-2:00 PM)
Thursday, June 4: Exhibit Hall (8:00 AM-3:00 PM)
Friday, June 5: Exhibit Hall (8:30 AM-12:00 PM) followed by break-down and load-out.
