JV InvenTeams Activities

MIT is promoting their Lemelson-MIT program which is within the School of Engineering.  They offer middle school and high school students the chance to become inventors through the JV InvenTeam challenge each year.
They have FREE online activity guides for teachers and students for several different inventing challenges that I would be great to share.  If you choose to participate next year or develop a JV InvenTeam, you will have the chance to win the challenge and take part in the MIT EurekaFest held each summer that showcases new inventions by MIT students.
Check out http://lemelson.mit.edu/search-resources/42 for more information!

Below is a HowToon book for students ages 7-12 that teaches how to build things in comic book style writing!
